Day 3 had a simple agenda — skydiving. The group divided today; three of us opted for the thrill of skydiving, while the rest explored the Miracle Garden. I was among the trio, and after waiving hand at a cab, we set off for the skydiving point. Dressed in coincidental white attire, we patiently awaited our turn, and the day kicked off a bit later than expected due to the windy conditions. Our turn arrived, marked by a brief preparation video and gearing up while anticipating the plane that would lift us to 13,000 feet. The jump commenced and the freefall was exhilarating and lasted for about 30 seconds. The sight of Palm Jumeirah extending gracefully into the ocean was simply breathtaking. Upon deploying the parachute, it took about 6-7 minutes to glide back to ground with towering skyscrapers dotting the skyline. Don’t remember much apart from these.

Following the exhilarating skydiving experience, we made our way to Sunset Beach near the Burj Al Arab, reuniting with the rest of the group. Enjoying a tranquil moment, we watched the sun dip below the horizon. Unexpectedly, a passing bird allowed me to capture one of the most beautiful pictures, forever grateful for the unexpected beauty that unfolded.

Our next destination was Dubai Creek for a cruise dinner. Since we hadn’t pre-booked, the options available upon arrival were limited and quite pricey. Hence, we decided to have dinner by the creek itself, turning out to be a wonderful experience. We enjoyed a delightful dinner at just a quarter of the cost we would have incurred on a cruise. Following the sumptuous meal, we strolled along the creek, sipped on some tea, and concluded the evening by heading back home.
